We made this using specially ordered fabric woven on an old-style power loom.
We valued the used look, creating a dry, rough surface like the oil has been removed, and a back that gives the impression of being worn and slightly brushed. This is a flannel shirt that expresses that feeling.
While retaining the good old American feel, we've made the arms slightly slimmer, the body width tighter, and the length a bit shorter than traditional flannel shirts, so that modern people can enjoy wearing them.
The difference from the other type of short-length flannel shirt is clear when worn in a just-right size, but the shoulder width is narrower compared to the short-length ones.
Also, the length is a bit longer, resulting in a silhouette closer to a work shirt.
The length is shorter than a regular work shirt, so it will be a great item for styling with coveralls, down jackets, down vests, and more.
When worn in a just-right size, you'll rediscover the comfort, silhouette, and warmth of a flannel shirt.
The sewing is based on cotton thread, and after the product is finished, we apply a strong used processing. Therefore, we use some spun yarn because we want you to wear it for a long time.
We made the stitch width finer to create a stronger used feel.
It has a strong used feel, the fabric is sturdy, and the size is tight, making it a more stylish flannel shirt. So, it's a flannel shirt that those who haven't been interested in flannel shirts before, or who have been hesitant to wear them, can wear fashionably.
